Driving directions. From Heathrow or Gatwick airports, head for Central London and follow Buckingham Palace Road towards Victoria Coach Station. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Elizabeth Bridge and continue into St George's Drive. Take the first turn on the right into Hugh Street, and then the first left, leading to Cambridge Street. The Grapevine Hotel is situated at the junction of Warwick Way and Cambridge Street. Avoid taking Wilton Road to Warwick Way, as this route will add over 20 minutes to the journey time.
